Launching a keyboard is a lot of work. When you work with us, you can hand off the entire PCB side of your project with confidence. That's one major item off your plate.

We engage in in-depth conversations to turn your concept into production-ready PCB, in terms of both hardware features and firmware compatibility. Need a second opinion on your plate or case design? We’re happy to provide input there, too. |

Once the design is locked in, we produce and test prototypes to make sure everything works as expected. This is where final tweaks are made before mass production. A small prototyping deposit is required, but it’ll be credited toward your final production invoice. |

With the prototype approved, your PCB goes into full production. PCB production is handled by our trusted factories in China, while components are sourced and final assembly is done in-house at our local facility. |

All PCBs are assembled, flashed with the latest firmware, quality-checked, and packaged in our local facility before being shipped out. Individual ESD packaging is provided as well. We can send everything directly to you or split shipments to vendors as needed. |

Our job doesn’t end when the PCBs leave the door. We provide support for end users via email and Discord, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and keep spare units on hand for replacements if needed. |

Most of our client conversations happen over Discord chat. If you prefer another platform, we’re happy to work with whatever’s most comfortable for you.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a top priority for us. We’re happy to sign an NDA if it gives you peace of mind, though in all honesty, we've never had to. Your work is safe with us.
Our office is based in Hanoi, Vietnam. PCB production is handled by our trusted factories in China, while components are sourced and final assembly is done in-house at our local facility. Every PCB is assembled, quality-checked, packaged, and shipped directly from Vietnam, so we stay hands-on with every step before it reaches you.
This is a key part of our end-to-end service. We always include extras on top of our client's bulk order to account for future needs. Most importantly, any PCB-related issues can be forwarded to our support channels (Email and Discord tickets). You focus on making awesome boards, we've got the PCB side covered.
Mechlovin’ was founded in 2019, but our keyboard journey started well before that. We’re enthusiasts at heart, and like many of you, we’ve owned more keyboards than we care to admit. That experience gives us insight that goes beyond just PCB work.

We’ve worked on projects of all sizes, from small indie runs to large-scale, multi-vendor launches. So don’t let a low MOQ stop you from reaching out.
Our minimum order quantity is 5 units, but just keep in mind that lower quantities usually come with a higher per-unit cost.
We don’t offer PCB design as a standalone service. Our commission model is built to be hands-on and all-inclusive, covering everything from design to production, firmware, fulfillment, and after-sale support.
This approach not only ensures the highest quality and consistency, but also saves time and headaches for our clients in the long run. We’ve found it delivers the best overall value.
