We're a small business with very centralised lines of communication, and we aim to respond to your questions and messages as quickly as possible. You can reach us via the following channels, in order of preference: 

 

FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 working days for orders of in-stock items to be processed and shipped out. We ship worldwide using the following trackable services:

  • DHL Express (3-5 working days): we run a contract with DHL Express via a local partner, so that shipping quotes for this fast and reliable courier are very reasonable, especially for larger orders. Can ship to anywhere in the world. 
  • USPS (12-15 days): available exclusively for US-based orders. Please note that the tracking status will show as "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" until the package is scanned at a local USPS facility. 
  • Vietnam Post (12-15 days): applied to Asian countries. As much as we love to support our national courier service, we only find it reliable enough when shipping to neighbouring countries. 
  • Royal Mail (15-20 days): applied to orders based in Europe, Canada and other countries. Please allow 5-7 days after receiving tracking email update for the tracking to go live as the package is scanned at a local UK Royal Mail facility. 
  • Singapore Post (10-15 days): applied to orders based in Europe, Canada and other countries. Please allow 3-5 days after receiving tracking email update for the tracking to go live as the package is scanned at a SG Post facility. 

While we pack VERY carefully, there are extremely rare occasions when the products arrive damaged or even deformed due to mishandling (that borderlines abuse) by courier personnel. If you find yourself in that unfortunate situation, please contact us immediately so we can work things out. 

 

REPLACEMENT AND REFUND

 All Mechlovin' products must pass very strict internal QC processes prior to shipping. We simply, however, cannot completely discount the possibility of malfunction upon arrival. Please check your received items carefully before assembling, and contact us as soon as possible if you think they don't work as well as they should. 

Things get more complicated after assembling, especially for PCBs, because many things can go wrong during the build and use of the finished boards. As a business run by enthusiasts that have deep roots in the community, we strive to go the extra mile to support our customers in as many instances as possible. That's why we still deal with post-build issues on a case-by-case basis to provide the most beneficial outcome for our customers. You can always count on us being supportive. 

Ordering

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

This is automatically sent to your email address after you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@mechlovin.studio just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@mechlovin.studio or opening a support ticket on our Discord server, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

We’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order from our site. If we're able to combine your multiple orders and save on shipping fee, we will only collect the appropriate amount of payment from your latest order. 

Shipping

Our products are proudly made and shipped from Vietnam. We ship worldwide using different couriers.

We use different major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Please allow up to 3 working days for orders of in-stock items to be processed and shipped out. We ship worldwide using the following trackable services:

  • UPS or FedEx (3-5 working days): fast and reliable shipping to anywhere in the world. The economy works out great with large orders. 

 

  • USPS (7-15 days): available exclusively for US-based orders. Please note that the tracking status will show as "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" until the package is scanned at a local USPS facility, which should take 5-7 days after tracking is provided. This is the transit time from our country of origin (Vietnam) to the US. 

 

  • Vietnam Post (12-15 days): applied to Asian countries. As much as we love to support our national courier service, we only find it reliable enough when shipping to neighbouring countries. 

 

  • Royal Mail (15-20 days): available exclusively for UK-based orders. Please allow 5-7 days after receiving tracking email update for the tracking to go live as the package is scanned at a local UK Royal Mail facility. 

 

  • Singapore Post (10-15 days): applied to orders based in Europe, Canada and other countries. Please allow 5-7 days after receiving tracking email update for the tracking to go live as the package is scanned at a Sing Post facility. 

It depends on where you are. Orders processed locally will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days depending on courier. Delivery time may be delayed due to customs processing in the receiving country. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Payment & Refund

We accept credit card payment from all major providers.

We do not accept Paypal Checkout on our store. If you prefer using Paypal to make payments, please contact us so we can arrange for a personal Paypal invoice.

Warranty

We pack very carefully, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us at Support@mechlovin.studio or open a support ticket on our Discord server. We will respond as soon as possible to discuss further actions. 

We take responsibility for every product that we make, either ones sold directly from our online storefront or ones included with keyboard runs. If you run into an issue with a Mechlovin' product, please send us an email to Support@mechlovin.studio or open a support ticket on our Discord server. We will then assess the situation and come up with a solution. It could be: 

  • Suggesting a fix from the user end 
  • Sending replacement parts of the product
  • Sending replacement of the whole product
  • Offering a partial/full refund

Our official warranty period is 12 months. Nevertheless, we are committed to going above and beyond to provide exceptional support, even if your item has surpassed this duration. Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction, and we are always ready to assist you to the best of our abilities.
